Reduce production downtime and improve output quality
Polar Clean’s process allows safe and effective online cleaning
in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.
Build-up of ink and grease on printing machinery can cause alignment problems and high scrap rates. In addition, clogging of vent slots and material build-up on other components can result in reduced print speed. Often, traditional cleaning methods to remove this build-up, such as scraping and wiping with chemical solvents, are delayed as long as possible to avoid lengthy production downtime.

Polar Clean's processes allow printers to reduce downtime and prevent press misalignment and machine malfunction from unremoved contaminants. |
Presses are cleaned completely, which increases production uptime and improves output quality. Equipment life has been extended by reducing machine disassembly and eliminating wire brush use.
Cleaning can be integrated into the production process, which increases production time, reduces scrap rates, and press damage or erosion.
